1. XiVO UC « Unified communications »
   In order to improve the efficiency of employees in day to day management, XiVO UC offers an advanced service to users. XiVO UC allows the integration of telephony media in the workstation. Unified communication services are part of XiVO, and are accessible to all users without associated licenses due to the open source particularity of XiVO.
2. XiVO CC « Call center »
   XiVO CC is the open source telephony solution for call centers. Thanks to its native features, it creates a real optimisation of the customer relationship, improving the productivity of the users, by facilitating the customer journey. Integration with Snom

Snom phones fit to the current telephony market and to customers expectations.

Further more XiVO has developed a partnership for several years with Snom regarding the provisioning of SIP extensions, of wich we are fully satisfied.

Users can also control the Snom phone through XiVO app.
