Since fw 10.1.33.33 "Listen-in" is a new feature for models D715, D725, D745, D765, D315, D345, D375, and D385. It allows a second person to listen in to an ongoing call on the headset, by lifting up the handset. This comes in very handy in call centres, where the supervisor would like to listen, but not speak in a call, for training or quality assurance purposes.

 This function makes it possible to listen on the handset in addition to the headset, without the caller being noticed.

  • It is not possible to speak on the handset.
  • When the handset is replaced, the call is "NOT" ended.

How do I use it:

  1. The call is first answered as usual with the headset.
  2. Pick up the handset. You will be able to listen on the handset, but not speak.
  3. When you're done listening, just put the handset back on the cradle. This will not end the call.

Seit der FW 10.1.33.33 ist die neue Funktion "Listen-In" verfügbar für die Modelle D715, D725, D745, D745, D765, D315, D345, D375 und D385. Es ermöglicht einer zweiten Person, einen laufenden Anruf über das Headset zu verfolgen, indem sie den Hörer abhebt. Dies ist besonders praktisch in Call Centern, in denen der Vorgesetzte zuhören, aber nicht in einem Gespräch sprechen möchte, zu Schulungs- oder Qualitätssicherungszwecken.

 Mit dieser Funktion ist es möglich, neben dem Headset auch am Mobilteil zu hören, ohne dass der Anrufer bemerkt wird.

  • Es ist nicht möglich, am Mobilteil zu sprechen.
  • Beim Auflegen des Mobilteils wird der Anruf "NICHT" beendet.

Wie benutze ich es?

  1. Der Anruf wird zunächst wie gewohnt mit dem Headset angenommen.
  2. Nehmen Sie den Hörer ab. Sie können am Hörer zuhören, aber nicht sprechen.
  3. Wenn Sie mit dem Zuhören fertig sind, legen Sie einfach den Hörer wieder auf die Halterung. Dadurch wird der Anruf nicht beendet.
