Scenario

In order to create a DECT Multi-cell system some requirements must be satisfied:


  1. Please make sure to have read the Multicell deployment guide
  2. Check if all base stations have the same firmware version (ideally latest)
  3. Secondary base must be resetted to default values
  4. Check if all base stations have the same time set in the web interface: you have to configure an NTP server and set the Timezone and Country.
  5. Ensure that the customer is provisioning only the first primary base (for Data Exchange). Or if no provisioning is used that only one base is used to enter data.
  6. Check that there is some data on the primary base that can be synched, i.e. sip server configured and one SIP account
  7. Check if all base stations have the same System Chain ID set under Multicell in the web interface
  8. Check in the web interface if the Data sync method under Multicell is the same and if it is, check if multicast (default value) packets are not filtered by the switch/router. If packets are filtered enable peer-to-peer and define a primary data sync ip
  9. Check that there is only one Primary base station and all others in the chain report as Secondary. If not, and more than one of the base stations reports as Primary, factory reset one of these and then enable multicast again
  10. Check that the dBm value of the base stations that are in a multi cell is not lower than -75dbm
  11. If you are still encountering issues please enable the debug log level (Management -> Syslog -> Syslog Level) and the multi cell debug (Multicell -> Multi cell debug -> both ) and then check the logs

Szenario

Um ein DECT-Multizellensystem zu erstellen, müssen einige Anforderungen erfüllt sein.


  1. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den Multicell deployment guide gelesen haben.
  2. Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Basisstationen die gleiche Firmware haben (idealerweise die neueste)
  3. Die Sekundärbasis muss auf Standardwerte zurückgesetzt werden.
  4. Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Basisstationen die gleiche Zeit in der Weboberfläche eingestellt haben: Sie müssen einen NTP-Server konfigurieren und die Zeitzone und das Land einstellen.
  5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Kunde nur die  erste primäre Basis (für Datenaustausch) bereitstellt. Oder wenn keine Provisionierung verwendet wird, wird nur eine Basis für die Dateneingabe verwendet.
  6. Überprüfen Sie, ob sich einige Daten auf der primären Datenbank befinden, die synchronisiert werden können, z.B. der konfigurierte Sip-Server und ein SIP-Konto.
  7. Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Basisstationen die gleiche Systemketten-ID haben, die unter Multicell im Webinterface eingestellt ist.
  8. Überprüfen Sie im Webinterface, ob die Datensynchronisationsmethode unter Multicell gleich ist und wenn ja, ob Multicast-Pakete (Standardwert) nicht vom Switch/Router gefiltert werden. Wenn Pakete gefiltert werden, aktivieren Sie Peer-to-Peer und definieren Sie eine primäre Datensynchronisation ip
  9. Überprüfen Sie, ob es nur eine primäre Basisstation gibt und alle anderen im Kettenbericht als sekundär. Wenn nicht und mehr als eine der Basisstationen als primär meldet, setzen Sie eine davon werkseitig zurück und aktivieren Sie dann Multicast wieder.
  10. Überprüfen Sie, ob der dBm-Wert der Basisstationen, die sich in einer Mehrfachzelle befinden, nicht kleiner als -75dbm ist.
  11. Wenn Sie immer noch Probleme haben, aktivieren Sie bitte die Debug-Protokollebene (Management -> Syslog -> Syslog -> Syslog Level) und den Multicell-Debug (Multicell -> Multicell Debug -> beide) und überprüfen Sie dann die Protokolle.

Lösung

Wenn Sie Probleme bei der Verwendung der Multicast-Konfiguration mit dem M700-Cluster haben, schauen Sie bitte unter Peer to Peer Configuration nach.
