If a Snom product proves to be defective within the warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement (RMA - Return Material Authorisation).


Note

If you are a distribution partner and have purchased the product directly from us, please follow the instructions below. 

For everyone else, please contact your reseller for the RMA process.

RMA process:

  1. Raise your RMA request on our helpdesk (helpdesk.snom.com)

  2. Snom will review your request and provide you with the RMA number. The number is valid for 14 days.
  3. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the parcel and send it to the address indicated in the RMA process.


Warning

We do not accept returns without a valid RMA number! Never write the RMA number on the phone's original packaging. Please use outer packaging.

Wenn sich Ihr Snom Produkt innerhalb der Garantiezeit als defekt erweisen sollte, haben Sie Anspruch auf Reparatur oder Ersatz (RMA - Return Material Authorisation).

Falls Sie ein Distributionspartner sind und das Produkt direkt von uns erworben haben, dann folgen Sie bitte den untenstehenden Anweisungen.

Sollten Sie das Produkt von einem unserer Vertriebspartner erworben haben, so wenden Sie sich für die RMA Abwicklung bitte an ihn. 

RMA-Prozess:

  1. Erstellen Sie einen Antrag auf RMA auf unserem online Helpdesk (helpdesk.snom.com).



  2. Snom wird Ihre Anfrage prüfen und Ihnen die RMA-Nummer mitteilen. Die Nummer ist 14 Tage lang gültig.
  3. Schreiben Sie die RMA-Nummer leserlich auf die Außenseite des Pakets und senden Sie es an die im RMA Vorgang angegebene Adresse an uns zurück.


Warning

Wir akzeptieren keine Rücksendungen ohne gültige RMA-Nummer! Schreiben Sie die RMA-Nummer niemals auf die Originalverpackung des Telefons.
Bitte verwenden Sie eine Umverpackung.
