To find out which firmware version your snom phone has installed:

  • On the PUI: Press the gear icon key on your phone Image Removed (formerly a screwdriver) and navigate to the "Information" menu item. 
    Then select the menu item "System information".

    • On the WUI: Call up the web interface of your snom phone and click on "System Information" on the left side.

    Update the firmware of your Snom phone.


    Manual method

    D120, D3xx & D7xx Series

    • Go to our Firmware Update Center page page and look for the the download link of your phone model (e.g. 

    • Right-click on the link to copy the link to your clipboard

    • Open the phone web interface, and navigate to the menu item "Software update."

    • Insert the copied link into the text field and press load.

       
      The phone will restart, and will start to download and extract the firmware file.

    Warning

    The complete firmware update process may take a couple of minutes. Please do not interrupt the power supply to the phone during this process.

    Firmware update via auto provisioning

    You can also update the firmware of Snom phones by means of auto provisioning. This allows you to update multiple phones simultaneously and with significantly less effort.

    Ihr

    auf Ihrem Snom Telefon installiert

    hat:
  • Drücken sie an Ihrem Telefon die Taste mit dem Zahnradsymbol  Image Removed (früher ein Schraubendreher) und navigieren Sie zum Menüpunkt "Information". Anschliessend wählen sie den Menüpunkt "Systeminformation".
    • Rufen sie das Web Interface Ihres Snom Telefons auf und klicken Sie auf der linken Seite auf "System Information"

    So aktualisieren Sie die Firmware Ihres Snom Telefons:

    Manuelle Methode

    D120, D3xx & D7xx Serie

      • Gehen Sie auf unsere Firmware-Download-Seite und suchen Sie nach dem Download-Link Ihres Telefonmodels

      • Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Link, um ihn in die Zwischenablage zu kopieren.

      • Öffnen Sie das Telefon Webinterface und navigieren Sie zum Menüpunkt "Software-Update".

      • Fügen Sie den kopierten Link in das Textfeld ein und drücken Sie Laden. 

    Das Telefon startet neu und beginnt, die Firmware Datei herunterzuladen und zu extrahieren.

    Warning

    Der komplette Firmware-Update-Prozess kann einige Minuten dauern. Bitte unterbrechen Sie während dieses Vorgangs nicht die Stromversorgung des Telefons.

    Firmware Update mittels Provisionierung

    Sie können das updaten der Firmware von Snom Telefonen auch mittels Provisionierung bewerkstelligen. So können Sie auch mehrer Telefone gleichzeitig und mit deutlich geringerem Aufwand aktualisieren.
