for about a week all our telephones startet a strange behavior.
When you are in a call and you press the # button, it trys to start a transfer. If you put some numbers the call is transferd to that endpoint, if you dont dail a number it will say transfer failed.
We are not aware that we made a change to our phone config.
Do you have any idea how this can be disabled?

Hi, there is not a direct option for this behavior, probably there is a dial plan configured on the phone (maybe sneaked in via provisioning?)
