Hello everyone!

I would like to be able to activate and deactivate unconditional call forwarding from my landline number, using my SNOM D713, to a mobile number by utilizing the DTMF commands provided by my ISP:

*21*+ mobile number ACTIVATE UNCONDITIONAL CALL FORWARDING
 #21# DEACTIVATE UNCONDITIONAL CALL FORWARDING

I can activate call forwarding by dialing *21*+ mobile number number without any issues (I hear a message from my ISP confirming the activation of the call forwarding).

However, when I dial the deactivation code #21#, I receive a message saying the number is nonexistent. According to checks conducted with the help of my ISP, the numbers dialed after the # are not being accepted. The pound key (#) is likely being interpreted by the phone as an escape character. Is there any way to resolve this issue by adjusting the D713 settings? Thank you and have a great day!
