Starting with the firmware release: HD-HM-FW-1.0.2.1 the HD350W and the HD351W do support a default WiFi SSID and a default WiFi password,

WiFi SSID: Hotelphone_Wifi

Password: Snom-Berlin#1997

Please note: Such default's are strictly intented for a staging phase of a WiFi rollout and we strongly advise against a longterm operation with such default values.


To enable the WiFi mode directly on the phone you need to use the Voice Menu, by lifting the handset, press 4 times * , press 1 for Network Configuration, press 6 for WiFi status and press 1 for Enable WiFi (more details in the product specific user manual).

As stated in the manual: "When you are finished with the Voice menu, place the handset in the cradle. Note: if you changed any network settings, your telephone will automatically reboot. This will enable your new settings to take effect."

you finally need to place the handset in the cradle and wait a moment for the reboot.

If the WiFi SSID and Password do match your provided staging WiFi the phone should be able to login in to this network successfully.

From within the staging WiFi you can further manage the phone e.g. by traditional DHCP vendor specific options provisioning via .cfg files, Snom SRAPS cloud service if available or the on premise Snom Hospitality SIP Phone Administration Tool.
