On all desk phones, by default up to 4 context_key can be defined, to be shown directly below the display of the phone

These have different default values, depending on the phone model, but they can actually be expanded up to 12 keys to be used on 3 or 4 pages (depending on the phone, as below)

On D1xx, D3xx, D7xx and D81x phones

To enabled this feature on the D1xx, D3xx, D7xx and D81x phones you need to enabled the parameter extend_context_key_in_idle

Once that is done, you will be able to see more than 4 context keys on the phone's web interface in the Function Keys menu, as below

They can be defined via the web interface or via provisioning/configuration file using the context_key parameter, with the index going from 0 to 11

Always remember to set up at least one key on each page to navigate to the previous/next page of context keys

That can be done by setting the key as "Key Event → Page Right/Page Left" on the web interface, or by provisioning the parameter as "keyevent F_IDLE_CONTEXT_PAGE_RIGHT" or "keyevent F_IDLE_CONTEXT_PAGE_LEFT"

On D86x phones

D86x phones by default already support up to 12 context keys below the display

They can be configured directly from the web interface, in the Function Keys → Context Sensitive Keys menu as below, already able to see the 3 different pages

Or via provisioning/configuration file using the context_key parameter, with the index going from 0 to 11

There is no need to configure a context key on each page to move left/right because the phone already has the 4th context key on each page set to "More", allowing you to scroll right into the next page

The context keys will be shown on 4 pages, 3 keys per page, to allow the "More" key to be shown
