At the front of the unit there is a multicolored LED for status signalling.
 
After powering-up, the orange LED will begin to blink, indicating that the unit is booting.
When the solid green LED comes on, the unit is connected to the network and is operational.

| Solid Green | Operational |
| Blinking Orange | Booting |
| Blinking Red | Network or registration failure |
| Off | Not powered |
| Green, flashing rapidly | Software update in progress |
| Solid Red | Unacceptable RSSI (below -90dBm) |
| Solid Orange | Bad RSSI (between -75dBm and -90dBm) |
