If you are not able to log in to SRAPS with your username and password, one of the following might be the reason:
- Username misspelled
- Password misspelledÂ
- User account not yet activated. If you have just signed up to SRAPS recently, it might be that you have not signed yet the terms and conditions PDF. Hence, your account is not yet activated. Please check your email inbox for that email. Alternatively, you can download the PDF from our website, and send the signed document to redirection@snom.com.
