Description

If this setting is turned on the phone will wait for the NTP Client to synchronize the time. This is useful, if the phone needs to register with TLS Server. if the NTP server does not answer, the phone waits 4s, then 8s and so on. So the phones waits 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256 seconds between a resend. During that time the phones displays a message for the user, that the devices waits to get the time.
