Description
Sometimes it is useful to keep the local conference connected with all parties when the headset or the handset is placed on hook, but only switching to speaker audio instead.
on: the onhook event is handled as configured by the cancel_conference setting

Description
When the handset or headset is placed on-hook during a local conference, and this setting is enabled, all calls gets either disconnected or on hold (according to cancel_conference). When disabled, all calls remain connected only off: the audio device changes to handsfree mode (speaker).
