From V10: the setting becomes identity-based
Description
When enabled, the caller ID of this identity will be displayed to the called party; this corresponds to the CLIP feature (Calling Line Identification Presentation). When disabled, the caller ID remains known to the operator, but is not transmitted to the called party and is instead displayed as "Anonymous"; this is known as the Calling Line Identification Restriction (CLIR) feature.
