This is a step by step guide to create a new template for a Snom device on 3CX (in this example we're showing an M400 base station), and to provision the device with custom settings

Step 1: Copy an existing template  

To create a custom configuration, first copy the template for an existing device

Step 2: Name the new template  

Assign a clear and meaningful name to the new template

Step 3: Adjust settings  

Modify the desired parameters in the new template and save your changes

Step 4: Remove the existing device provisioning  

Remove the already registered device from the current provisioning setup

Step 5: Re-add the device  

Add the device back into the system (e.g., into the 3CX phone system)

Step 6: Select the new template  

When provisioning the device again, make sure to select the newly created custom template

 Your Snom device is now provisioned using the previously created template!
