How To install HD phone series in 3CX environment

To work properly with the 3CX PBX, all certified HD phones  must first be updated to a specific firmware version otherwise, they will not be correctly recognized by the PBX.

You can perform the update with the following methods:

1. Manually
2. Via mass firmware update feature with the Snom Admin Tool (installer and pdf guide available here)
3. SRAPS
