The SIP Trace page is a log window which displays the SIP signalling
 It becomes very important when analysing the functionality of the phone and is very helpful for trouble shooting support request
Step-by-step guide:
- Log into the web user interface of the base station (WUI)
- Select the Sip Log menuÂ
- Click on the Clear button at the bottom of the pageÂ
- Perform the scenario which caused the unexpected behaviour
- Click on the Reload button at the bottom of the pageÂ
- Click on the Export button at the bottom of the page
- The browser will download locally a txt file, which you can use to investigate any SIP issue or share with Snom's support
If a Snom support agent asks for the SIP log please share the text file you downloaded, do not share any screenshot or the file in any other format (PDF, Word..) as it may not be as useful as the text file
