Description
If the address given in user_mailbox or in the "Message-Account" field of the MWI NOTIFY should not be used for retrieving voicemail messages this field can be used to specify a number or SIP URI to be used for dialing into the user's voice mailbox.

A phone number or a SIP URI (no verification, so any string is accepted)
