Why does my local central directory does not import contacts from the .txt file?

If you are unable to import a CSV file, and after loading the file the central directory is still empty, you should check the file format:

• The loaded .txt file must be encoded with UTF-8.
• Other encoding type (ex UCS-2) aren't supported.
