I am experiencing

When I connect my snom D713 to the mikrotik 328 switch, it is not listed in the phones section of 3cx. However, if I connect the same phone to a different switch, everything works normally. However, if I connect any other snom phone, such as the D715, to the CRS328 switch, everything works normally. If I set up the D713 from a switch that allows me to see it, and then connect it to the crs328, except for some trouble with provisioning, it works normally. What can I do? Are there any parameters to configure?
