Hi, I have a Snom D120 that constantly says Ethernet Unplugged, and would like to get this under a warranty claim.

Device has been reset, and upgraded firmware with no resolve.

    Hi,

    If you want to proceed with an RMA you can do so with Snom directly if you are a Snom partner, otherwise you will have to contact the reseller/distributor you've got the device from.
