Hello,
I have a problem after autoprovisioning.
In our office we're using DHCP autoprovisioning.
The phone user and SIP-ID is configured to the phone's MAC-address.
When I power on the phone it gets the configuration, but the user is still marked as unregistered. After I log in into the web dashboard and press the re-registration button the phone is registered to this user. When i try this directly through the key pad (the phone re-registration) it doesn't work.
Is there any Flag or Attribute that i must set that the telephone or the user is instantly registered?
For your Information :
We're using SNOM D725 and Asterisk as software.
If you need more Information, feel free to ask.
Regards,
Benedikt

Hi,
The phone should register straight after the provisioning at the boot, you may need to upgrade the phone to the latest firmware and if it doesn't work it's worth to take a look into the SIP trace.
If you don't see anything being sent over please raise a ticket if you are a Snom partner because we may need to reproduce this (or ask your reseller/distributor to do so for you).
If you see any Register going out you can investigate a bit onto that: if there is no reply, maybe something is blocking the message for example, if the PBX doesn't accept the registration you can take a look into why.
To go deeper we really need a ticket since we'll need some private files.
Thank you
