SAP-5275: On dialpad keypress events the DTMF tone play (DTMF echo) was erroneously applied to all tone_scheme, affecting: Austria, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

which is corrected with the successor Release 10.1.57.14
