After the Update 10.1.141.10, we have had issues with our phones randomly rebooting many times throughout the day. Has anyone else had this issue? I have done network recovery to downgrade to a previous version, but the phones auto update to the latest no matter what I do. I have turned off updates in the user interface before the upgrade and also tried turning it off right before registering the phone through 3CX as I've temporarily turned of DHCP Option 66 to allow time for me to turn off updates, but the phones still update to 10.1.141.10. Will there be another update to fix this or is there another thing we can try? Nothing seem to fix it. Thanks in advance for your time and ideas to resolve this!

Hi, from your description it seems that the phone is auto-provisioned: it's the only reason why after a successful downgrade, it goes back to the previous firmware version.

Thank you for your response! Our partner with 3CX modified the XML file to go to the version it was on prior to the update. After the phones reboot, they downgrade and the issue is resolved. No more random restarts.

Our partner providing the service with 3CX changed the firmware and XML files on the server itself so when they reboot they are downgrading to a previous version and staying on that version.
