Yes, the M300 is in the list of binaries files as shown below and the firmware is available for that base, I'll ask our team to include the M300 in the description too
I was running 410 and performed all upgrades so far via local TFTP. At this stage I hoped I could be able to use the web portal, but despite having followed the instructions on the release page, the station and handsets aren't upgrading.
Due to the old security protocols on the old base stations (M300 and M700) it may be they are unable to use our current https server, please continue with local upgrades using a TFTP or HTTP local server.
Also please notice the warnings on our firmware pages to make sure you aren't skipping any mandatory step, it isn't possible for example to upgrade from 410 directly to 520.
If even with a local upgrade the issue continues we would need a private ticket to investigate the logs, please raise a private ticket if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.

I'm unable to upgrade from 530 02 to 530 10.
