I´ve just bought a M500 Base and a M55 handset and I am seeing that Base is sometimes loosing link and restarting. I´ve installed the last firmware update.

    To investigate this we'll need a private ticket: you can raise one if you're a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller, likely a partner, to do so for you

    If you aren't a Snom partner and don't have a partner you can ask for help, please contact our sales team as they'll be able to show you a Snom partner you can contact to get support

    It may also just be an hardware defect, and in that case you would need to replace the device with an RMA
