    Hello,

Maybe the settings of your phone have been changed! So could you check the proximity sensor settings at

    https://service.snom.com/download/attachments/48399335/UM_D735_en.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1603791689469&api=v2

    starting from page 81.

    Best regards

thanks, i already found that. but "The default setting is Proximity sensor; moving your hand or an object across the sensor (see "At a glance" on page 18)
triggers the switch." doesn't work. it's like the function of the sensor is deactivated. and i know that it worked before because it used to irritate me at first.

    greetings – luzia

Ok, in order to restore the settings to their default values, maybe it's worth a try to factory reset the phone, see more at the following link:

Reset a phone to factory defaults or reset all settings

factory reset is the only option? hm. that's normally my last one. but ok, i'll give it a try.

yep, that's the solution. bit brutal and i had a hard job to register the phone again, but now it's ok. that's for the tip.

Hello, I had a similar problem with my D335:

The proximity sensor (Annäherungssensor) simply didn't react.

But a simple reboot after power-off was sufficient to make it work again, without resetting to factory settings.
