For some time now the speaker of the handset has stopped working, only the speakerphone works. Perhaps there are some settings that have gone wrong or is it a physical failure of the microphone?

    Hi, please try to do a master reset: How to do a Handset reset - M90, M80, M70, M85, M65, M25

    If the issue persist it is an hardware failure.
