We have recently moved our handsets (mac addresses) to Gradwell. In order to get them working I reset the values on the handsets using the default admin password (0000). Since doing this the admin password 0000 is no longer accepted. Can someone please suggest what it might be or how I can find out?

    Hi,

    Our phones do not have any default credentials, neither http or admin ones, so if it's asking for a password it means this was provisioned to the phone: please contact whomever is in charge of the provisioning for you to get that.

    If nobody is provisioning the phone it may be that it's being done by our own server SRAPS, to remove the phone from there please raise a private ticket (or ask your reseller to do so if you are not a Snom partner), or contact our sales team (https://www.snom.com/en/contact/#tab_sales)
