Hello SNOM Forum,

I'm an end user and I'm having a problem with the HM201 and HM2. When setting it up with the SNOM Hotel Sip Admin tool, I was able to configure the base station accordingly and successfully create Account 1. The base station is functioning optimally after loading it via a cfg file and provisioning.

A handset was briefly registered – a test call (incoming and outgoing) was successful. When I then initiated a restart after saving the settings, the handset was registered again, but shortly thereafter lost the DECT connection. Since then, the RFPI has been missing in the handset, or rather, in both handsets. I can't initiate DECT mode anywhere in the base station – using the SNOM Hotel Sip Admin tool.

Is there a solution for this, even for end users – or is access to remote services restricted to SNOM partners? Better yet – can an expert suggest a solution?
