We have a issues with one D735 which is quite new, and was working perfectly fine.

Suddenly it now only have a empty screen with no information and buttons are all lit up.


When doing a "hard" reboot (unplugging and plugging it in) it shows in the display it's name D735 and after a few seconds it goes dark and all buttons around display are lit up.

Any idea what causes this? Difficult to see the image attached.

    Hi,

    This seems to be an hardware issue, the best thing to do is to try the recovery procedure as described below

    Updating the firmware, recovery via Network

    If that still doesn't work, or in general if booting the phone up while keeping the # key pressed doesn't get you to the recovery menu, there isn't anything else that can be done and you would need to proceed with an RMA for this unit.

    Brikit Theme Press is not licensed

    And a button saying "View page without this message"

    Pressing nothing happens.
