Hi,


We have a M900 that is not provisioning any more after a power outage.
3CX support states now that it is not a M900 because the webinterface shows IPDECT-V2 (8663) as phone type.
I can not find a phone model 8663 on the Snom webpage.

Is this correct that the webinterface states 8663?
Is there something that we can do about this?

    There isn't anything that can be done here, the base lost its boot configuration and it needs to be replaced.

    Please proceed with an RMA with your Snom reseller to get a replacement
