PA1 - Separate extension as loud ringer

Currently have a PA1+ ,used as a announcement device on LG IPECS - this works with no issues

The customer now wants a separate extension to use so the SNOM with attached Loudspeaker can act as a loud ringer. I have made the extension and registered it with no issue . I have turned off auto answer - however when you ring the extension no noise is made 

I have attached a copy of the settings currently via xml - the extension to be used as a ringer is set as 211 - any ideas?
