we have a slightyl strange problem. If we initiate a call everything works fine. If we pick up a call, we do not get any Audio from the caller.
We changed the codecs already to onyl using G711 a and u-law, as well as only using G726, both on the M100 and the Agfeo telephone system to be synced. But the bevaiour is still the same.
We also did a capure on the device, and strangely the RTP stream does contain audio, but we do not hear anything on the DECT phone.

In the pcap trace I can see two RTP streams in both directions, but when trying to listen into the audio stream I can only hear a one-way audio and the echo of that audio coming back
It may be that there is something blocking the incoming audio stream on an incoming call, usually a firewall or something else in the network
To investigate deeper we need a private ticket, you can raise one if you're a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller, likely a partner, to do so for you
