Hello, 


We have 5 Snom D712 phones, 4 in the main office and 1 in the CEOs office. We would like the CEO to be able to telecom into the main office - I have setup a telecom function key to call through to a specific phone which is set to autoanswer, but when other calls come through, this device also autoanswers those calls. 

How can I setup the telecom function to autoanswer in the main office without also autoanswering incoming calls?

    Hi,

    To do this you need to use the Intercom feature described below

    Intercom - Paging feature

    This way only the intercom call will be answered automatically and not any other "standard" SIP call, and you can set up an intercom key on the CEO office.
