When I get a call on this device, there is no audio hearable. However if I call the number from the M65 audio (mic as well as speakers) is fine. 
Any Ideas on this one ?

    This doesn't seem to be an issue related to the base or handset themselves, since outgoing calls are working, but more to the RTP audio stream in the network

    We would need some more traces to investigate, and we can only do that in a private ticket

    You can raise a private ticket if you're a Snom partner, or you can ask your Snom reseller to do so for you
