    Hi,

    Please notice we cannot accept MAC removal requests from the Community because we have an automation in place on our side from a ticket, and please do not share pictures of MAC addresses here, anybody could now use that picture as this is a public forum.

    If you need a MAC removed we need a private ticket, you can raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.
