USB WLAN Dongle

We have a SNOM telephone model D785 and an A210 WLAN dongle.

We observed the following phenomenon here.The phone seems to drop the WiFi connection from time to time.However, the WiFi is active all the time.

The phone will then show the VOIP account is not connected and the phone will need to be restarted to reconnect.We have now tried this in different WLANs and it still happens at least once a day.This is very annoying, especially if you don't notice it, you can't be reached.Is there a way to prevent this, some setting so that this doesn't happen?

Wir haben ein SNOM Telefon Modell D785 mit und einen A210 WLAN Dongle.

Folgendes Phänomen konnten wir hier beobachten.

Das Telefon unterbricht scheinbar ab und zu die Verbindung.

Das Telefon zeigt dann an das VOIP Konto ist nicht verbunden und das Telefon muss neu gestartet werden.

Wir haben das jetzt in unterschiedlichen WLAN versucht und es passiert trotzdem min 1 mal am Tag.

Das ist sehr lästig, vor allem wenn man das nicht bemerkt ist man nicht erreichbar.

Gibt es eine möglichkeit das zu unterbinden, irgendeine Einstellung damit das nicht passiert?
