SNOM M100 not registering with CISCO CUCM

SIP Third Party Device Creation
Line creation
Creation and configuration of user permissions.

At the SNOM level, the network configuration is correct.
Configured line and created user on CUCM within SNOM

However, it fails to register.

Is it necessary to enable something special to make the connection with the call manager?
