Hello
I am trying to update SNOM D725 which are in version 8.7.5.35 to version 10.1.152.12. Each time the phone restarts after the update, the D725 phones remain in 8.7.5.35.

Do you have a way around this?

    Hi,

    The direct upgrade should be possible using the URL https://downloads.snom.com/fw/10.1.152.12/bin/snom725-10.1.152.12-SIP-r.bin directly, there are no known issues here so no "standard" suggestions or solutions

    We may need to investigate deeper using the logs but we need a private ticket for that, please raise a ticket if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you
