Hello Team, We are currently experiencing an issue with the SNOM D120 phones in our environment, which are rebooting randomly throughout the day. This problem is occurring despite other Grandstream phones functioning correctly in our environment. We would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

We had the same problem in 2021 with 85 Snom D120 in combination with 3CX v18 just released back then. We ended up replacing them for Snom D712 because the D120 had a lack of memory in combination with new TLS cypher suites it hangs up the phone.
Dont know if the upgraded the memory in a new hardware release perhaps but back then it couldn be fixed and we where adviced to replace them.
