D120 not connecting to SRAPS - so did factory reset by holding #  key on boot up - now won't get IP from DHCP - IP shows "invalid" so I cannot reconfigure the device ?

    Hi,

    The only thing you can try is a recovery as described here Recovery: SPLiT via HTTP

    If that doesn't work either, please proceed with an RMA for this device to get it replaced (it the warranty is still valid)
