Hello, we use this model of phone with latest firmware 10.1.54.24 and a 3cx server self hosted (V18 latest patch)

some phones automatically reboot: frequency of the reboot seems random: some phones reboot more times in the day, other phones reboot some day and stay up without reboot others day

all phones have same firmware and a standard template of options

when a phone start rising this issue we reset to factory default and so it seems stay ok for some time, but then issue come back with random reboot

i read this model has lack of memory : this could lead to reboot cause of full memory?

is there any setting that I can try to mitigate this issue?

can I deactivate some functionality on the phone to reduce memory usage? or reduce some parameter to reduce memory usage?

also is possible to schedule a reboot or send any sequence to the phone to make it reboot/reset from remote script without need to use web interface one-by-one?

    Hi, the most likely thing is a provisioning refresh. Please set the parameter settings_refresh_timer to 0

    thanks for hint I will try : currenly that setting is 86400 (common for all our phones)

    in the web interface of the phone → System information I see:


    Uptime    17 days, 20 hours, 58 minutes    
    LCS    1 days, 14 hours, 46 minutes (term 11 2023-10-25 18:03:26.742)    

    in most phones LCS is almost identical at Uptime
    what means LCS ?

    Hi, LCS is the high level application of the phone. The phone can restart automatically the LCS if he think is needed (for example to free space memory). It is transparent for the end user.
