Hello, i need the oldest Firmware for the D713 while the newest isnt supported by our telephone system... the Firmware should be older than 

I appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    I guess FW 10.1.104.10 is the one you've received the phone with?

    Unfortunately the D713 is quite a new phone and there are no firmware older than that, the previous version we have is 10.1.101.11 and that was release before the D713 was into the market.

    The best thing to do here, if your phone system doesn't accept the phone with this version, is to ask them to contact us so we can certify and bring the D713 and our latest firmware on too.

    Could you give me a link for the download of 10.1.104.10 ? I dont really know which firmware was on factory default. The system show's just that the last firmware which is supported is 10.1.104.10

    Sorry, I misunderstood the initial request: 10.1.104.10 is a beta release for us so it was never published but you can find it at the below URL

    https://downloads.snom.com/fw/10.1.104.10/bin/snomD713-10.1.104.10-SIP-r.bin

    Please notice that, depending on the hardware, the latest version of the D713 doesn't support a downgrade to that FW, in that case you can use the D713 with the current firmware it has even if not fully compatible or you can raise this as a private ticket if you are a Snom partner (or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you) so we have have a deeper look

    Chances are we already are working with your phone system's provider to certify our latest FW in any case

    Thats the Error i´ve got when i try to downgrade with your firmware...is there any solution to get this phone running on that Firmware state ?

    Unfortunately no, as I said the latest hardware version of the D713 doesn't support a downgrade to this firmware, you can only use the D713 with the firmware it has even if not fully compatible (if this works on your phone system) or you can raise this as a private ticket if you are a Snom partner (or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you) so we have have a deeper look
