I managed basic autoprovisioning of a D735 on a yeastar S20 but now I want to also program the function keys of a D7C connected to the D735. To that end, I have added the line
<fkey idx="32" perm="" label="LXd2">line</fkey>
in the "Other" tab of the D735 template on the S20. However, upon transferring the new configuration and rebooting the D735 the top function key on the D735 remains unchanged. Reading the log on the phone does not help (me). Do I not understand the use of the XML command correctly or do I make a different mistake?

    This should work but it may depend on how the provisioning file is passed down to the phone: to investigate further we would need a private ticket, you can raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.

    Yeastar wasn‘t able to help me, but I solved the problem myself. You just have to embed the commands in a correct setting section. Works now like a charm and I have already fully customized my phone.
