Hello, 
I have a Snom D765 that have FW original from Vodafone, I flash it with snomD765-10.1.64.14-SIP-r.bin in rescue mode, and reset all settings.
The phone stats and I can ping it, but no webpage as available, the option in settings was enable, but no http/https port is open.
I connect to serial port at 115200 to see the debug, but in my opinion they never stats the webserver:
