D812 is not officially supported by 3CX (v20 Update 5) yet. According to Nick at 3CX:
Its up to the manufacturer to submit templates and firmware tests before we release. They are not ready yet.
Lack of support is delaying our 3CX rollout indefinitely as I cannot justify purchasing older D7xx phones.
Can someone verify whether or not Snom has submitted the necessary templates and test results to 3CX?
Is there a custom 3CX template available for download from Snom for the D812, please?

Update: 3CX has indicated the D812 firmware provided by Snom didn't pass their QA.

Any word back from SNOM about this? Hoping to start using 812/815 going forward.

None from Snom at all. We ended up using D862s across the board instead. Our vendor was able to get the cost in the same ballpark as the D812.
3CX maintains that it's Snom's fault. I still have a D812 sitting here as a spare and hope it'll be supported eventually.
