Hi support,

I've got a problem with a snom M70.
When I access the menu then “Connectivity” to add it to M700, the DECT restarts instantly.
So I can't update or use it.
I tried resetting it and doing a master reset (Press the Menu key; Press *7378423*; select "master reset".)
But still the login menu inaccessible.
DECT Info: SW Version 4.5 Branch 5 (06/03/2019)
Do you have a solution to provide?

    Hi,

    This isn't an issue we ever saw, if the battery is charged then the menu should be available, that is the only way to connect an handset to the base.

    If even after a reset that doesn't go away as you said, the only thing I can think of it's a software issue, but there is not much else you can do to recover this: please start the RMA process with your Snom reseller/distributor to get a replacement.
