Hi,


I have more then 120 Snom D735 phones. The users can mute the ringer volume so they don't hear an incoming call. How can I block this?

    Hi,

    You can set the ringer volume parameter in read-only mode, thus preventing any changes to the volume for the ringtone

    You can do this via provisioning, or by exporting the configuration file, changing the parameter and re-importing the file

    That can be done by using a read-only permission flag
