Hi, I use a Snom D717 (FW 10.1.84.12) in connection with a Communi5 Cloud PBX. On the second identiy function I configured a second user. Works fine, so far. Problem is: If I set second identiy on do-no-disturbe by pressing DnD Button a few seconds it is correctly displayed on the phone screen, but the phone will still ring, if I call the number of the second identity.
I would expect the second identitiy is not ringing if I put it on DnD, so the first identity can work without beeing disturbed. Can you please help? Thanks so far, Christian Rupitsch

Are these the same steps you are taking?
Can you see the DND on identity 2 on the phone?
If so it we would need to investigate deeper with some configuration files and SIP traces but to do so we need a private ticket, please raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller/distributor to do so for you.

thanks for your feedback! YES, the procedure you set it up is the same like I did it.
Yes I see that identity 2 is on DnD. It has got the red circle in front of the display name. The other one without DnD has a blue circle.
But if I call the number with red DnD symbol the snom rings.
If I set the specific DnD feature for the user via PBX it works - no ringing. Just if I set DnD via hard key on the phone it does not work.
I will start a ticket via my Snom partner.
